MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD

Meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Chairman James Deming.
Old Business:
- Minutes for Meetings of August 16, 2010 and September 20, 2010 were approved as corrected.
- The Verizon Wireless application for a special permit for the installation of a 140 foot Personal Wireless Services Facility to be located at 288 Harvey Mountain Road, Tolland, MA (Map 401, Lot 18.1) was approved at the last meeting of the Planning Board, September 20, 2010. The wording of the application was last amended at 3:00 p.m. today. A vote was taken on the amendment and approved unanimously by the four members present. A twenty (20) day period for objections will begin when the application is filed with the Town Clerk, tomorrow, October 19th.
New Business:
- A Building Permit for a 2 Family house on Moreau Road was issued many years ago, but work was never finished, nor was a CO issued. The building is currently being used as a 3 Family house. The Building Inspector will communicate with the owner to inform him of the work necessary for legal residency.
As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:48 pm.
